To continue to provide outstanding service to our clients, we require experienced Parts Sales Consultants and Parts Interpreters to join our Parts Divisions at Seventeen Mile Rocks & Hillcrest.

The Role: Reporting to the Group Retail Parts Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Servicing and supplying parts and expert parts advice to our workshop as well as our local retail customers. Maximizing the profitability of our parts division by thinking outside the box to boost our parts sales and customer retention. Attending to walk-in / phone customers. Meeting our manufacturer and internal sales targets.

Skills required: The successful applicant will require the following skills and attributes: Prior experience in a similar role and multi-franchise exposure are highly desirable. Strong communication skills—written and verbal. Exceptional computer literacy. Cooperative attitude and ability to build a strong rapport with staff and clients. Be able to follow and maintain internal processes and procedures. Ability to 'think on your feet' and be pro-active. Hold a current drivers licence.
