RTO Marketing Officer, Quatrain Australia Pty Ltd. Melbourne VIC. Management - Vocational (Education & Training). Full time. $60,000 – $90,000 per year.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-connected Marketing Officer for both international and domestic student recruitments. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Perth. (both Full time and Part Time options available)

Key Responsibilities: Develop and build relationships with education agents both locally and internationally. Identify new possibilities to promote the college and its courses within the local and international market. Develop new and innovative marketing strategies to assist with ongoing growth and development. Achievement of student enrolment targets for allocated markets. High-level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences. Updating social media and online recruitment channels.

The applicants must have: Relevant experience in the vocational training and international education sector. Proven track record in prospecting, targeting and gaining new clients. Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills. Second language. Well-developed consultation and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. A business mindset. We are open to all visa types and able to sponsor the right candidate if required.
