The Role: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping people and improving systems? We’re seeking a tech support specialist who combines exceptional customer service skills with a strong grasp of software to support our growing team. In addition to resolving technical issues, you'll have the chance to dive into implementing new software integrations, conducting research, and designing enhancements to optimise both our customer service and warehouse operations.

What You'll Do: Solve and Support Act as a key resource for addressing technical requests, helping both our internal teams and brand partners with software-related issues.

Communicate & Collaborate: Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively resolve problems through written communication, calls, and video recordings.

Innovate & Integrate: Lead efforts in implementing new software integrations and improving our existing systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Research & Design: Conduct research and design solutions to refine our customer service operations and streamline our warehouse processes.

Understand & Apply: Utilize your knowledge of warehouse management software and eCommerce platforms to troubleshoot and improve our business functions.

Tech Enthusiast: You are comfortable with software and have a keen interest in how tech solutions can streamline and elevate operations.

Customer-focused: Your background in customer service equips you to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and precision.

Excellent Communicator: You can effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences through writing and video calls/recordings.
