Checkout Supervisor, Operators, and Private Advertiser. Chatswood, Sydney, NSW. Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products). Casual/Vacation. $30–40 per hour. We are a new exciting premium fresh produce and grocery store looking for an experienced checkout supervisor, operator, and customer service manager, as well as checkout operators, to join our team.

For the manager, we are looking for a highly motivated person with previous supervisory experience to oversee a team of cashiers and ensure the checkout area runs smoothly and efficiently for customers and staff.

For the checkout and customer service staff, previous general experience in a grocery store/fruit market is ideal; however, additional training happily provided to those keen to learn. We are an independently run business with an accessible, smaller, specialised team, so there is lots of scope to learn new skills from the best in the business, get involved and get ahead of the rest!

Skills & Requirements: 1 year of cashier experience required. Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure, dealing with multiple customers and issues and enquiries at the same time. Must be efficient with POS/EFTPOS handling. Must be physically active and able to lift/move grocery bags and stock, as some unloading and stock re-filling are required

Must be enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn. Experience with handling flowers is a big plus!
