Recruitment, Sourcing Coordinator (Manpower Experience), Region: Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Saudi Experience is required. Experience in Manpower is required.

Responsibilities: Responsible for recruiting candidates from India, Philippines, Pakistan and Nepal, having full knowledge about the manpower companies is preferred. I was able to scan the requirements correctly and fully fill them. Design and publish local recruitment advertisements.

Review and short-list the CVs and submit the summarized list to respective department. Arrange F-2-F, Video, Skype & telephonic interviews. Prepare Employment Offer Letters for the selected candidates. Inform the recruitment agent(s) to proceed for medical, certificate attestation, and visa formalities for the candidates who accepted the employment offer. Prepare Employment Agreements for the medically fit candidates.

Follow up with recruitment agent(s) for selected candidates and arrange air tickets for Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Iqama: Valid & transferable (Indian Visa Available for candidates who are currently residing in India)
