Who We're Looking for: A maestro of operations management, turning complex processes into seamless customer experiences. A natural at problem-solving, someone who can handle customer complaints and logistics with precision and empathy. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and sees challenges as opportunities to create something remarkable. If you appreciate interior design, that's a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of operations with a primary focus on the after-sales customer experience. Manage the delivery process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. Provide regular order updates to customers and address any inquiries promptly. Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution. Implement and improve operational policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and logistics to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align operational activities with business goals.
