Job Summary: As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing technical solutions, and ensuring that IT projects align with business goals to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

Solution Design and Documentation: Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT development teams.

Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through technology.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Technical skills and competencies. Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar for managing and documenting requirements. Modeling and Design Tools: Experience with modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for creating process diagrams and workflows. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Testing Tools: Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
