position is open now for a full-time permanent role. 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Qualifications & experience: Good communication, organizational and literacy skills. Ability to work in an organized manner with changing priorities under minimum supervision and within a team environment. Persistent in holding each task to completion
Tasks & responsibilities: Process customer orders and purchase orders. Provide sales assistance to customers. Support NFS sales team in servicing and supporting sales activities. Provide data entry, general secretarial and receptionist duties. Working with MYOB Cloud Accounting Package (MYOB Advanced). Provide support and backup to other admin team members as required. Uphold and promote company policy with regard to QA and WHS.
