Due to growth in our Sales team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dedicated team and join us on our rapid growth journey.

Responsibilities: Revenue/Growth Strategy: Develops and executed revenue-gathering strategies to ensure consistent achievement of growth and profitability.

Lead with Vision: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

Transform Sales: Drive sales and service transformation, aligning with Circuitwise's culture and values.

Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit high emotional intelligence with genuine empathy, maximising team impact by understanding motivations and adapting communication.

Positive Change Agent: Lead and empower the Sales team through change, driving improvements while fostering a transparent and strong team environment

Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to overachievement and accountability, using sound judgement in all decisions.

Build Partnerships: Foster and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders

Identify Opportunities: Spot market trends and new business prospects to expand our reach

Inspire Excellence: Mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed expectations

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications: Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team. Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills. Proven track record in successfully mentoring/leading people and coaching. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Strong attention to detail. Experience in using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns. Ability or driven to work independently and take ownership. Ability to support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement.
