The Position: Incredibly versatile role, which will see you take full control of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency. The successful applicant will possess a current QLD real license. Excellent personal presentation. Excellent knowledge of current legislation. A thorough understanding of the sales process. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive. Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have excellent presentation. I love working within a team and possess a fun and energetic personality.

Duties will include Managing and booking appointments. Preparing proposals and associated documentation. Client management. Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond!). Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers. Delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers.
