Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Master's degree. Experience 3 years to less than 5 years. Work setting. Hospital or clinical pharmacy.

Responsibilities: Advise customers on indications, contraindications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage. Dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals to customers or to other health care professionals. Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication. Check prescriptions for proper dosage. Maintain medication profiles of customers, including registry of poisons narcotics, and controlled drugs.

Credentials, Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification. Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
