Job Position: Architect over 10 years of experience in construction

We are looking for a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and construction professionals.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and preliminary designs that reflect the client's vision and project objectives. Utilize architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction documents. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other specialists to integrate technical requirements into the design.

Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with project stakeholders.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that construction activities align with the design intent and timeline.

Construction Administration:

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and implement appropriate solutions.

Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other construction-related submittals
