Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data architecture and implement them within the organization.

Experience: Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing data platforms using AWS and Databricks.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue) and Databricks, along with a solid understanding of data engineering principles.

Design Skills: Ability to create detailed low-level designs and architectures for data solutions.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.

Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other cloud platforms and data technologies. Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. Certification in AWS or Databricks is a plus.
