Job Description

Position: Warehouse Operation Team Leader

Working Hours: 9 hours duty, 1 holiday per week

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

- Monitor and report on staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods.

- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels and rotation.

Maintain compliance with all safety and operational regulations.

Job Requirements:

fluent in English.

preferred experience in e-commerce.

- Should be able to join immediately/transferable Iqama/client interview.

a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a team leader role.

excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

understanding of local warehouse regulations and safety standards.

ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Proficiency in email communication, inventory management, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
