Our client is a prominent retailer with over 50 locations across Australia, dedicated to delivering essential services to remote Indigenous communities. They are committed to providing quality retail services while respecting and promoting local cultures and traditions. This retailer operates in some of the most remote parts of the country, ensuring access to crucial goods and services.

The Role: We are urgently seeking dynamic store managers (individuals or couples) to embark on an extraordinary journey in the remote regions of Western Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to live and work in local communities, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Outback Australia. 

You will be responsible for: Fostering strong relationships within the community. Managing daily store operations, including stock and team management. Delivering exceptional customer service. Driving profitable outcomes for the local community.

What We're Looking For: Couples with a background in grocery, service station, or hospitality management. Leadership experience in retail and/or hospitality. Proven coaching and mentoring abilities. Financial management skills. Experience working with diverse cultures. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities. Hands-on approach and supportive attitude. Ability to complete Police and Working Rights checks. Willingness to work in very remote and sometimes confronting environments.
