Job Summary: ABCO Building Materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building materials industry, hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license, and possess a strong educational background with an MBA or equivalent degree. The sales executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the Saudi region. Sell the company products identify, prioritize, and target the key decision-makers within the supply chain industry and retailers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and support.
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track performance. Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to decision-makers. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies. Ensure all B2B accounts are periodically reviewed for financial performance and collections. Cash sales collection and on-time submission. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Nationality: Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh
Qualifications: Age: 27–33 years old. Driving License: Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory. Experience: Proven track record in sales 2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B and, preferably, in the building materials industry. Education: MBA or any equivalent degree.
Skills: Strong communication in English & Arabic and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated with results-oriented approaches.

Working Conditions: Working Hours: 9–10 hours per day. Work Days: 6 days in a week (Friday off).
