Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Engineering, or a related field. master's degree preferred. Experience in developing new bakery/cake products. Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, recipe formulation, and food processing techniques. Experience in sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, and quality control procedures. Proven leadership skills include the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
