About the Home: Beautifully located in the suburbs of Coffs Harbour & surrounding areas,. They are providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating everywhere in Australia!!

About the Opportunity: Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs. Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes. Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services.

About You The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability. Minimum of 6 month's work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care or home care. Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff. Strong passion for working with the elderly. Valid police check. Evidence of COVID vaccinations. NDIS worker check and working with children check.
