Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 5000 to 7000 SAR (negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 5-7 years in the meat industry (poultry preferred)
Key Responsibilities: Implement quality control standards in the factory. Develop and maintain checklists, log sheets, SOPs, job aids, and manuals. Conduct basic micro testing and interpret results. Set up and manage a laboratory in the future. Ensure compliance with HACCP systems and online process control measures. Provide training and guidance to factory staff on quality control procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in the meat industry (poultry preferred). Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices. Familiarity with HACCP systems and online process control measures. Experience in setting up and managing a laboratory. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A candidate with knowledge of GSO standards will be preferred
