The role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our well-established team. You'll provide epic service to a diverse client base who will come to trust and value you as their advisor.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Taking ownership of relationships in your portfolio of clients. Management of your dedicated, Philippines-based CPA assistant. Management of all compliance requirements for your portfolio. Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. Annual tax optimisation (AKA tax planning) for your portfolio. Deployment of reporting and forecasting to clients via Fathom. Identifying and deploying various other services to your portfolio in collaboration with the team. Opportunity to review work and mentor junior staff. Regular meetings with your clients in the office and over Teams. You'll have the dedicated support of an experienced, Philippines-based CPA from day 1 to handle the compliance grunt. No timesheets.

What you will need: CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion). Minimum of 5 years experience in practice. Experience handling client relationships and being a main point of contact. Xero ecosystem expertise. Curiosity with a willingness to develop solutions. Experience supervising more junior staff is desirable but not essential.
