The Company: This position is with a nationally recognized development company with a strong portfolio of company-owned assets across Residential, Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

The Position: This is a diverse and all-encompassing property management position. You will manage the existing mixed portfolio of non-residential assets and work closely with the development team on new assets being developed and added to the portfolio.

You will be responsible for: Managing the mixed portfolio of retail, commercial, and industrial properties, with a focus on the retail side. Liaising with key stakeholders and business Directors. Oversee leasing activity. Managing fit-outs as required. Oversight of maintenance staff and contractors. Lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration. Schedule routine inspections and manage inspection plan. Manage the database and systems. Detailed monthly reporting on portfolio activities. Other duties as required to manage the portfolio.

Experience Required: You will have 5 + years’ experience managing retail and commercial properties with a natural ability to take control of the portfolio. I have proven ability to manage a mixed portfolio with Retail and Commercial property experience. Driven mentality with ambition to grow with the company. Immaculate presentation and confident character. Eagerness to succeed and manage all facets of the portfolio. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work hard as part of a high-performing team. Exceptional organizational skills.
