ABOUT THIS ROLE: In a hybrid role based in a CBD office, you will be reporting to the Applications Manager as part of a team responsible for administering, maintainingand supporting the Group’s various enterprise applications. We are lucky to work within such a high-functioning ITT department in a business that truly values our work!

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We commit to helping you stay hands-on and technically fluent while your support keeps everyone working!

Your core focus will be: Resolving user requests and issues involving all supported enterprise applications. Performing BAU patching and small upgrades. Liaising with the various software vendors in a day-to-day capacity. Monitoring and optimising applications to ensure an appropriate level of performance is achieved. Managing changes to applications in accordance with the change management policy and processes. Maintaining, developing & documenting specialist technical knowledge for core applications. Developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with customers and users through day-to-day interactions, including consistent feedback & communication,. Developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with business owners and SMEs of applications. Escalating and managing issues with external stakeholders (e.g. Vendors) to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Experience maintaining case and client management systems such as Vinci, Case Manager, and Dynamics CRM. Experience with M356, HRIS systems, Ticketing, and Finance Systems. Strong knowledge of business application support and administration in a dynamic environment. Strong experience and a good working knowledge of application performance tuning, integration and testing. Ability to form strong working relationships with internal IT teams, users and vendors. Ability to provide excellence in user support, helping users who are experiencing applications issues or who have requests, and helping users get the most from their software applications. Strong problem-diagnosis skills.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE for you to have Agile Project Management techniques. SQL Scripting experience. Experience creating Visio Diagrams. Experienced with 1st and 2nd Level support principals, ITIL, and change management.
