Position: Oracle EBS HR Consultant

Location: Riyadh or Remote

Type: 6-month contract

Role Summary:

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle EBS HR Consultant, supporting internal enhancements and ensuring the efficient operation of HR systems. This role is pivotal in driving the continuous improvement of HR functionalities within the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

Support and execute internal enhancements for Oracle EBS HR modules.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement enhancement requirements.

Ensure the smooth operation of HR systems through continuous improvement.

Provide technical and functional expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, UserHook, Workflow, and AME.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to HR systems.

Skills and experience:

Extensive experience with EBS Core HR, HR Self-Service (HR SS), and Employee and Manager Self-Service (EIT/SSIT).

Proficiency in PL/SQL, APIs, User-Hook, Workflow, and Approval Management Engine (AME).

Techno-Functional expertise.

7 to 9 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferably, experience in the Banking sector.

Ability to work onsite.

Excellent proficiency in English.
