Join our team as a Customer Service Representative as the front line of our operations, forging meaningful connections with our valued customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers’ unique situation.

In this role, you will: Manage inbound & outbound customer calls; Investigate, identify and establish the financial situation of customers. Provide tailored payment solutions, Action interaction file notes for every call, Adhere to compliance frameworks, We are hiring for teams across a range of industries: telecommunications, utilities, finance, energy, insurance, and government.
