Key Responsibilities: Provide direction to your dedicated Senior Resourcer. Develop and nurture current and new client opportunities. Manage full-scale recruitment drives to source for critical infrastructure projects. Manage temporary, casual, permanent and fixed-term contract role negotiations. Supported by state-of-the-art applicant sourcing technology and recruitment resources to source and place permanent talent ranging from $70k to $200k.

Knowledge of the Sydney job market and local industry trends. driver’s licence is essential.
