This position includes all aspects of property management, such as: Property inspections. Allocations of vacant properties. Rental collection and chasing arrears. Conducting condition reports. Coordinating lease and rent reviews. Carrying out exit procedures. As a Property Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, clients, private investors and relevant support agencies, as this is a mixed portfolio.

Must Have WA PM registration, Valid driver’s license, Reliable vehicle, and great verbal and oral communication skills.
