Administration Officer, Affirm Care. Armadale, Perth, WA. Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support). Full time. $33.41 and $35.51 per hour. We are looking for an administrative officer who has excellent communication skills and is able to maintain a professional reception while assisting clients, staff, and management. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficient verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
You will be the voice and face of Affirm Care, so it is crucial that you have a professional and friendly personality. You must be comfortable managing a high call volume and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work setting. You will be experienced in software programs, new user setup, desktop skills, and cloud-based programs and will be required to champion Affirm Care’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Proactively following up with pending inquiries and maintenance requests. Upholding high presentation of the office throughout the day and completing regular cleaning and upkeep. Frequently checking and responding to emails and missed calls/voicemails in a prompt manner. Using relevant systems to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Coordinating and organising organisational events and activities.
The ideal candidate will have: 2–3 years’ experience in an Administration role, preferably in the Disability industry. Diploma or higher in Business Administration, HR, Community Services or relevant field. NDIS understanding and knowledge. The ability to prioritise deadlines to achieve KPIs. Highly developed software literacy skills across all common MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc). Capacity to function effectively with minimal supervision. NDIS Worker Screening Check. National Police Check (3 months recent). Working With Children's Check. Current Western Australian Driver’s License and ability to undertake travel as required.
