Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements related to real estate transactions.

Ensure that all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and court appearances if necessary.

Advisory Support: Provide legal advice to various departments within the company, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and finance.

Requirements: Education: a bachelor's degree in law; a master's degree is a plus.

Licensing: Licensed to practice law in Dubai and other emirates in the UAE.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a legal advisor in the real estate and facility management sectors.

Skills: Proven track record of handling real estate transactions and legal matters.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
