Job Opportunity: Store Assistant Manager. Prelove is a family-run “rent-a-rack” business where helping our clients sell their preloved clothes is our specialty and our passion, as well as creating a great shopping experience for our in-store customers. We have stores in three different locations: West Lakes, Hove, and Beulah Park.

Join our dynamic team as a Store Assistant Manager at Prelove West Lakes. We're seeking an experienced, reliable, and outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills to help lead our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day store operations. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation. Train and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding performance. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.

Requirements: Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.

Desirable Skills: Passion for retail. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in social media platforms for promotional purposes. Ability to assist customers with outfit styling, enhancing their shopping experience.
