Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies. Manage contracts. Answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics, and other information. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Arrange travel and related itineraries, and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Conduct research. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions. Maintain and manage a digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping.
