The Role: Reporting into the People Operations Manager, you will work as the People & Culture Coordinator, who provides support to a range of different areas throughout the business. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include providing support to the HR, Payroll, and office support teams.

The Candidate: We are looking for a person who has a no-job-is-too-big attitude & who looks at all tasks as an opportunity to learn, grow & succeed. The team that you will sit with is a tight & close group, so someone who can easily slot in & be a part of a positive, fun & engaging team will be the person that they need.

A few requirements that the successful candidate must have are: Minimum of 3 years as People & Culture Coordinator / HR Coordinator. Strong knowledge of the industry. Any qualifications with the HR field will be HIGHLY respected. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience working in a large international company would be ideal. THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT PERSONALITY.
