About the role: Our dream team member is enthusiastic about the entertainment and events business. All of it, even the bits that don’t sparkle and shine. You either perform, used to perform, or have booked those who perform and know the landscape. Or maybe you’re that kid who takes all their friends to see new bands, DJ, and fun events around town. Or maybe your entire wardrobe is black and you’ve come from the production or operations side of entertainment and events. This role will work closely with Evie’s directors to help build and curate bespoke entertainment for events, support the office administration, and help execute Evie’s social media strategy across various platforms.
In this role, you will: provide administration and office support, including ad hoc tasks. Support end-to-end coordination of various events, including conception and ideation, sourcing, booking, negotiating, execution, and associated administration. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of market trends and the industry landscape. Create service agreements for clients and talent. Create entertainment briefs for talent. Diary management of directors as necessary, as well as management of business email inbox.
Database administration and management (CRM). Support research and the development of new talent. Prepare reports as requested. Processing and recording new leads. Assistance with organising business travel as necessary. Execute tasks in line with Evie’s social media strategy, including community management, content creation, planning, and scheduling. Attendance at events will be required (weekends, weeknights, and weekdays).
To be successful, you must have outstanding attention to detail. We love people who are meticulous with how they go about their work and care about the stuff they put out into the world.

You know your way around a computer: whether that's Microsoft Office, Canva, Typeform, Photoshop, CRM platforms, social media, or whatever program we throw your way.

Most importantly, we value and champion a proactive and positive approach to working solutions for our small but mighty team; good vibes and a positive attitude are a must.
