Your day as a Senior Business Analyst Your typical day-to-day work will include managing the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements. This position is also responsible for conducting research and analysis, evaluating functional and non-functional requirements and developing technical and non-technical specifications documentation.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Extensive relevant experience in a similar role and/or experience in Information Technology. Strong analytical skills with astute attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in using process and workflow modelling techniques (e.g. data flow diagrams, Business Process modeling Notation, among others). Proven experience in conducting assessments to identify business processes with automation potential. Demonstrated currency of knowledge in agile software development life cycle delivery. Demonstrated effective stakeholder management, influenceand dispute resolution skills. the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate high levels of self-confidence. certification in PRINCE2, PMBOK, or BABOK are highly desirable.
