Library Community Outreach Officer, Part-Time, 27 hpw. Salary: $82,561–$87,681 per annum pro rata. Plus, up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply).

It could be that you love to plan and coordinate activities, build relationships, engage with stakeholders or showcase a service through vibrant and creative displays. Working alongside a supportive and proactive Library and Community Programs team, you will be responsible for a variety of portfolios, including the Libraries Discovery Outbound series, City’s Community Directory, supporting Volunteer Joondalup Resource Centre and information sessions and developing outreach opportunities to promote Joondalup Libraries and City Services.

Your cover letter will need to outline your experience relating to the following key criteria: Developing, implementing, and evaluating events and engagement experiences. Undertaking promotional and public relations, including stakeholder engagement and networking. Knowledge of community education and outreach practices and principles. Organizational and time management skills. Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
