Job Summary: The Organizational Development Officer will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing the company's structure, processes, and culture. This role involves developing and implementing employee engagement programs, conducting needs assessments, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting in performance management, and advising on change management initiatives. The aim is to foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor organizational development performance. Implement Business Improvement Plans in collaboration with the team. Evaluate current organizational development approaches, identifying challenges and opportunities for cultural change. Develop and execute various organizational development programs and initiatives, including change management and long-term strategic planning. Measure and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives. Support full-cycle talent acquisition activities, providing input on selection and onboarding processes. Analyze manpower requirements based on approved budgets and coordinate staffing needs with department heads. Design and implement effective reward and recognition programs. Lead or assist in succession planning, key employee retention, change management, and workforce development. Integrate organizational competency frameworks into development and performance management processes. Participate in cross-functional committees and teams to ensure effective cooperation and service quality.

Technical Competencies: Knowledge of labor laws and government requirements. Expertise in performance management and succession planning.

Behavioral Competencies: Results-driven with a focus on achieving outcomes. Excellent communication skills. Accountability and ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
