Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of financial tasks, including financial reporting, tax planning, auditing, and compliance with regulatory standards. The CA will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the company's financial goals and objectives. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with established accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Manage and oversee the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Perform internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance financial controls and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and data analysis. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline financial operations and optimize efficiency. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends, and ensure that the organization remains compliant with all relevant requirements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools. Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and auditing principles. Previous experience in a senior accounting or financial management role. Experience in implementing and managing accounting systems and processes.
