Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives. Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's website. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Generate reports on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company's strategy remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
