Role: Service Material Expert (SME SPDP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Material Expert to oversee all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems and experience in inventory management and vendor relations. The Service Material Expert will ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.

2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

3. Coordinate and perform repairs as needed, either independently or by liaising with external contractors.

4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair history and costs.

5. Manage spare parts and supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Collaborate with the procurement team to source and evaluate vendors for maintenance services and supplies.

8. Train and mentor junior staff members on maintenance procedures and best practices.

9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

10. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, both during and outside of regular business hours.

11. Knowledge in Data Enrichment, categorizing, data cleaning, and Data equipment's.
