Responsibilities: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops. Experience and specialization. Equipment and machinery experience. Loader, tractor, planting equipment, sprayer or duster, tillage equipment, and hand tools.
