Salter Cabinets specialises in commercial and residential joinery, and we’re looking for an experienced tradesman, installer, and apprentice to join our growing team. Family owned and operated, with over 40 years of industry experience, we specialise in WA-wide joinery and shop fitting. A single owner that you will have the opportunity to develop your skills with. We manufacture and install high-quality cabinetry in the residential and commercial industries using state-of-the-art machinery. Qualifications and experience The successful candidate will possess a diploma or Cert III in cabinetmaking. White/Blue card. Current driver’s license. Experience in commercial and residential joinery and installation.

Tasks & responsibilities: Manufacturing. CNC, edge bander and panel saw operating. Laminating. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing plans, job sheets and cutting lists. Quality control. Installation of commercial and domestic joinery. Capable of working effectively with the greater production team.

Desirable: Immediate start. Experience in driving a light transportation vehicle. Forklift licence Reliable, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High standard of workmanship and strong attention to detail, Own tools, Current First Aid Certificate.
