Asst Manager, Estimation & Cost control (Sub Station)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in tendering and estimation for substation works.

Responsibilities: preparation and floating of RFQs; collecting offers from various suppliers; evaluation of offers; and preparation of technical and commercial bids for electrical substations from 132 kV to 380 kV.

coordinating with engineering and other stakeholders, estimating quantity, and carrying out cost estimation.

carrying out site visits, assessing the challenges, and preparing detailed site visit reports.

properly tabulating the risks and opportunities, preparing a risk mitigation plan, and strategizing in order to submit a comprehensive bid.

- Coordinating with clients and suppliers for pre-bid and post-bid clarifications.
