About the role As a Residential Care House Supervisor, you’ll lead and supervise a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our young people. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be highly valued in strengthening stakeholder internal and external relationships. If you are a natural people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is the position for you.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure service delivery meets service agreements. It is highly desirable that you have sound understanding of trauma-informed care, as your aim will be to improve the lives of young individuals in a 24/7 residential setting by integrating therapeutic and trauma-informed practices into daily routines and programs. This position requires effectively managing the household budget and ensuring that compliance and documentation standards are met.

You will be supported by an excellent and experienced team of leaders and will be a part of an organisation that strives to create warm and nurturing homes where our Young People thrive.

This position does require the successful candidate to work weekends.

Requirements: Hold a current and valid Driver’s Licence; Hold a current and valid Employee Working with Children Check. Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop); Hold a valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check. Relevant Bachelor Degree or Relevant Diploma with substantial experience.
