About Yarra Nursing. Yarra Nursing is a locally owned care provider based in Healesville, supporting clients in the Melbourne Outer Eastern, Yarra Valley, Upper Yarra, and Murrindindi regions. About the role We are currently on the lookout for experienced aging Care and Disability Support Workers to join our team. Flexible hours: 10–30 hours per week. Weekdays, evenings and weekend options.

You will be responsible for: Working one-on-one with our clients, focusing on delivering on their individual care plan objectives. We support our clients with enjoying a fulfilling life whilst remaining in their own home for as long as possible. We travel across the wider region to provide both in-home care and support, taking our clients into the community and attending appointments

About you Experienced within the aging Care sector and/or Disability support. Hold a current NDIS worker screening check or be willing to complete one. Collaborative, reliable and confident, as well as flexible with start and finish times, remote work, and weekend work. A full driver’s license and a vehicle appropriate for transporting clients.
