Hagstrom Drilling is a family-owned Drilling Company that has been operating across Australasia for over thirty years. Due to internal promotion of existing staff and significant new long-term projects, we are recruiting Drilling Offsiders (inexperienced and/or experienced) to work with our existing team on projects nationwide. 

About The Job This is a permanent, full-time FIFO or DIFO role on a 2/1 roster from Perth. You will be working as part of a great team on 12-hour shifts on work sites within Western Australia.

Key Requirements HR-B Truck Drivers License or above (essential); automatic licenses not accepted. Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or willing to obtain). White Card (or willing to obtain one). 4WD Certificate (or willing to obtain). Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen. I currently reside in Western Australia (WA). Regional applicants are welcome.

About You Previous offsiding experience is an advantage. Working at Heights (preferred). “LF” class high-risk Forklift License (preferred). Mechanical, farming, practical and Trade skills are an advantage. Able to work in remote areas and in challenging weather conditions, subject to operational and regulatory requirements. Physically fit and experienced with manual labour tasks. Strong OHS awareness and work ethic. Ability to work in a team environment.
