Positions available: casual Houlihans is a family-run take-home food business in Hampton Street, Brighton. We are purely ‘take-home- food', offering no in-house service. We provide catering as well as a large selection of ready-to-eat meals, cakes, pastries and produce. With every item made daily on the premises,.

Here at Houlihans, we pride ourselves on our longevity and positive reputation within our community. With over 25 years in operation, our focus is quality, consistency and customer service. The role of the position includes but is not limited to, the following:

Assist in back-of-house operations. Including food handling and preparation.

Barista Maintaining positive customer relationships and responding to customer needs. Inform management of any complaints. Answering patrons' questions regarding meal ingredients and preparation. Serve food and coffee to customers accurately and with a positive attitude.

The successful applicant will have the ability to multitask, operate a POS system, and work cleanly and efficiently, with customer service being the number one priority.
