Collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering, Project Management, QA/QC, Accounting, and Proposals

Developing and revising Company Policies and Procedures

Researching potential vendors

Ensuring a fair, open, and ethical RFQ process with vendors

reviewing material requisitions and maintaining files

issuing RFQ’s to appropriate vendors in a timely manner and maintaining an RFQ log
