Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting therapists, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Assist therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients. Multitask efficiently to handle various administrative and clinical tasks simultaneously. Hold clients accountable for following prescribed treatment plans. Support therapists with administrative tasks and patient management. Manage social media platforms and assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients. Provide technical support in treatment rooms as needed.
Requirements – Essential: Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy. Accountability and reliability in fulfilling job duties.
