Dental Assistant. Willsmere Dental, Kew, Melbourne VIC, Dental (Healthcare & Medical). Casual/Vacation. $27 – $35 per hour. Willsmere Dental is a purpose-built modern family dental practice supporting 5 dentists and a part-time hygiene and therapy department. We are expanding and looking for an experienced superstar to join our team. This position is 3–4 days a week for the right candidate. (Please note that Tuesday's full day and occasional Saturday mornings are not negotiable).

Dental Assistant: The position is not limited to chair-side assistance and will involve cleaning and sterilisation, stock control, billing and front-desk support when required.

Your role will be to welcome patients into the treatment room. Chair-side assistance and sterilization. Surgical Room preparation. Stock Control. Overview and coordination of all clinical procedures and systems.

The successful candidates will possess: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. An eye for detail A “Yes” attitude and a commitment to be a team player. A passion for patient care with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships quickly. Ability to multi-task. Ability to think laterally and use initiative. Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English-speaking ability.

Skills and experience: Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience. Excellent computer skills—experience with Oasis software is preferred. If you feel you have the appropriate experience and qualities and are motivated and confident, we would love to hear from you.
