Multisystemic Therapy Supervisor, Department of Health. Burnie, Devonport, & North West TAS. Psychology, counseling& Social Work (Healthcare & Medical). Government-SState (Government & Defense). Full time. $120,114 minus $130,181 per annum + 11% superannuation.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate MST Supervisor to drive implementation of the MST Program and support MST Practitioners in the North West region of Tasmania as part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) extended service innovation.

The MST Supervisor will have the leadership and clinical experience to manage and supervise a regional team of up to 4 Practitioners in delivering MST to young people with severe and complex mental health challenges and their families. They will be committed to CAMHS’s vision of providing quality, accessible, consumer-centred mental health care to some of Tasmania’ s most vulnerable young people.

The MST Supervisor will: Manage the planning, implementation, coordination and administration of MST interventions to families engaged in the MST Program, as well as all quality assurance mechanisms of the MST model

Provide weekly clinical group and administrative supervision to the MST team (comprising up to four MST Practitioners) to ensure adherence to the MST model and build Practitioner competency.

Provide specialist advice and peer support in cases requiring advanced specialist practice in accordance with discipline-specific skills and abilities. Provide occasional direct case work as required to meet family and service needs. Provide services to consumers on a need basis, including out of hours and through participation in an on-call roster. Position Features Highly mobile, non-clinic-based, with flexible hours of operation. Participation in an on-call roster is a requirement. Some intrastate travel is required. Details of Appointment. Permanent full-time day worker (with on-call) position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible, notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $120,114–$130,181 per annum. Our employer's 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum. Relocation assistance may be available for the right applicant. Please note that access to salaries beyond $126,845 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme. salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2022.
