Product Software Developer
We are currently seeking a Product Software Developer to join the Product Engineering team of ZTR Control Systems. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity and are not afraid of trying new ideas and taking on new challenges, this position may be right for you!
This position requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise. You will be exposed to various industrial challenges with a focus on developing products that make a meaningful impact with our customers. The software that is developed is applied on our telematics products and installed on industrial equipment which is then shipped world-wide to provide connectivity to the equipment. These products use the latest wireless technology to push data to our back-office servers.

• Experience with main stream Linux Operating Systems (ex. Gentoo, Ubuntu, Fedora)
• A minimum of 2 years of software programming experience with knowledge about:
    State Machine Programming
    Object Oriented Programming
    Debugging Concepts, Cross Compiling
    Design Patterns
    Main stream development tools (ex. Eclipse, SVN)
    C/C++
• Experience with serial communications, wired & wireless technologies, networking and embedded computing would be beneficial
